I am working with with one of the reputed company of India which is hold the first position in India in Payment Gateway Solution Provider.

Dislikes

Not providing any kind of training, only business people having companies attention, other all staff value is completely zero. Superior never held any get together because they don't want to listens problems of their employees. Not fulfilling any social responsibilities.

It is a place were you cannot grow further in career. They give low salary and ask us to work for over time. Higher authorities don't treat their subordinates well. They don't appreciate your work even you come excellence in it.
