This is not a employee centric company. They have the worst leave policies. They are resistant in changing their process, architecture and design. They don't have any system for work culture. They are always late in bringing new business change. They have the worst HR department. There do partiality within employees for work from home.

The security team only knows to block stuff. Half of the internet sites are blocked very difficult to resarch anything. Saturday is "officialy" working but I wasn't told about this while hiring. Mostly don't have to work on holidays but still have to remain avaiable, so you can't own your saturdays. I used to heavly use docker during development at previous company but here my seniors haven't used docker and don't care about it. Job Security and Work life balance is the decent thing in this organisation.

The management is extremely poor, especially in the North East region. The Zonal Head, Tapan Lenka, has proven to be untrustworthy, and the managers under his supervision are also performing poorly.
