Tebodin Mumbai is an awful organization with poor administration, terrible management, lack of vision & a bunch of thugs / criminals as colleagues. Sycophancy rules the roost.

Noticed colleagues sitting whole year doing nothing & enjoying hefty packages & bonuses. These were the same people who did nothing on weekdays but reported to work on weekends for free net surfing. Few colleagues who really worked sincerely were derided.

It was very wonderful phase of my life which I spent in tebodin. Very good company for young engineers to grow. Staff is very supportive. Working culture good. No limitations for dicision making. Overall experience was good.

Terrible company for bim professional,forced to work late night,as a friend This is not a company I would recommend for BIM professionals looking for stability or career development.

I joined Bilfinger with high hopes, but my experience was disappointing. I was hired on a mission visa with promises of a permanent role that were never fulfilled. The project pipeline was unstable, and the environment lacked professionalism. The coordinator and manager displayed a childlike mindset, making impulsive decisions and not welcoming any feedback. This led to a tense atmosphere where employees felt at risk of being fired without warning. Despite Bilfinger’s global reputation, my time there lacked the support and stability needed for career growth.
