Company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, and also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Lot of employee friendly policies and initiative from HR department. They have nice canteen facility and variety of foods. nice Infrastructure and huge buildingand all necessary equipment and well organised laboratories with employee safety arrangements and medical facilities and annual medical checkup. Dislikes

Work pressure is very high, we have to work 9 - 10 hrs in a day. Compensation and benefit is good but growth is very slow. skill development is like zero.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
