I want to assure you that at BigStep, we are deeply committed to keeping our projects diverse and technologically up-to-date. We actively work on projects involving the latest tech stacks to ensure that our team members are engaged in exciting and relevant work. Additionally, our dedication to innovation is a key part of our culture. We regularly organize knowledge-sharing sessions and discussions on topics like AI to facilitate continuous learning and growth. I'd like to clarify that we haven't experienced any mass firings at BigStep. In fact, we take pride in our strong retention rate, and many of our team members have been with us since the inception of the company. We see our team as a family that grows and succeeds together. Maintaining open lines of communication is something we take to heart. We're not only receptive to feedback but actively encourage it at all levels. Our approach ensures that every team member's voice is not only heard but also taken into account. Additionally, we conduct anonymous surveys to create a space where thoughts and concerns can be expressed freely. I'm genuinely sorry if your experience hasn't reflected these aspects of our culture. BigStep is known for its Amiable Culture and Collaborative Leadership, and we are confident that all our Department Heads and Leaders are well versed with the required knowledge to manage their respective Teams effectively, and are positively contributing to the growth of our Organisation. One of our core values is to Communicate Openly and with Transparency, however, communication is never easy and we try our best to align Leaders and Teams in a way that minimizes any unnecessary bureaucracy. It is also important to mention here that we have pioneered a Flat hierarchy at our workplace, ensuring that feedback flows seamlessly in all directions and helps in driving our positive and transparent culture.
