Company is good because of Tata group owning, but management is terrible there is no proper process in warehouse and always pressure.

There are many basic amenities is not provided in warehouse and somebody has to wait 4 hours to attend interview in warehouse and after that also Wh manager is not willing to take interview it's disgusting as applicant.

I didn't find anything which can be praised. From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

Company culture is full of politics, they just pass their ball to each other courts. No time for families , generally duty period is 11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same.... Overall I will suggest not to join this company . Furthermore, female employees face unfair treatment and harassment, with promotions potentially being granted based on personal relationships rather than merit.
