Manager is very toxic no growth job security is there but they will give you lot of frustration so you will resigned manager don't have the knowledge and there hr team is very worst not supporting to anyone wort company don't join

Shift incharge should treat every supervisor equally is not happening and in interview I was supposed to working near my location and now after joining given different location travelling 3 hours daily

after the year of 2023 corporate politics are high don't have job security and only politics guys are leading regions, and they are promoting and taking their own team without any reason the old employees were thrown with political games.

I didn't find anything which can be praised. From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

Company culture is full of politics, they just pass their ball to each other courts. No time for families , generally duty period is 11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same.... Overall I will suggest not to join this company .
