I'm still working in bigbasket.as mah point of view no growth in this company...also after given lots of effort in work but there is no salary appraisal..no satisfied to work here..plz dont join..m still looking forward for another job right now.

Work environment is very friendly, supportive people, if you are performing good then career growth is excellent.

Dislikes

Appraisal will not happen as they will promise at the time of joining. Work life is bit hectic because only one week off is there and on weekdays only it should be at least 2 days.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
