BIBA is well known brand in market. feel proud to be a part of team.i will say there is no job security because there is no on job training. can exist in the company with his past job experience . salary is good in BIBA in compare with other company but i will say career growth is not good.i was surprised what was the basis of appraisal.

I have worked in biba 5 & 1/2 year but it was unnoticed by the management while there is no on-job training. have tried to meet the businesses requirement every time got the success but it was not noticed by the management . its very painful where i was work of my full dedication & it was un-noticed by the management. the attrition in senior position in BIBA is very high apart from them have managed any how without seniors & meet the businesses requirement .work environment is not bad except some exceptional factor.as per my understanding its total lost of company when company does not care his old employee while they have invest from long time.its a great experience to work with BIBA & want to be a part of BIBA....Read More

One of the most glaring issues is the inadequate manpower provided for a sizable store space of large sqft spread across multi floors. This understaffing not only contributes to operational inefficiencies but also increases the risk of unknown shrinkage, for which the burden falls unfairly on employees who face deductions from their salaries. Moreover, the incompetence of the merchandise department compounds problems, with frequent mismatches and discrepancies in stock management. The necessity to record everything via video to resolve discrepancies further highlights systemic issues. Delays in response to submitted evidence exacerbate frustrations, with resolutions taking months, during which audits are conducted, and shrinkage deductions are arbitrarily made without proper investigation or consideration of employee input. The situation is exacerbated by questionable practices within the organization, including the dubious actions of auditors whose involvement in booking shortages raises concerns about integrity and fairness. Furthermore, the inadequacies extend to the HR department, which exhibits poor recruitment practices and fails to address staffing shortages in a timely manner, leaving stores understaffed and overburdened. The absence of essential support functions such as visual merchandising and finance teams at the regional level reflects broader organizational shortcomings, contributing to the challenges faced by store managers nationwide.
