I don't like any thing, bad place to work.

Very bad work experience, management poor, salary as per industry very low, toxic environment, over time work without paid, less leaves, not have any employee benefits, not have work stream line. I really regretted my decision.

Director come and sits with the employee also seniors are not supportive at all. Specially one senior name Sumit Jadhav who does not teach new employees. Worst seniors.

company had assured us that they would pay half of our salary if we are unable to work because of lockdown..

for me,our job is not secured because many of my friends got terminated during this pandemic.and our appraisal rate is also getting lower and lower year after year.in the mean time our gross salary has also been deducted by a certain percentage, which is really not so good at all.,and about growth there is almost 0% chances because i am working in this company from couple of years.. although our managers are good and friendly which is quite good.....Read More

If u getting interview calls for any position kindly take 2 day's leave for one round and they will wait u for 4 hours after selection also they will not provide any offer ghatiya company galti se mat Jaana No HR policy all Depends upon Director if u have lot's of time to waste u can surely visit and in the end u will get 🔔

Advise to ambition box to please provide a Half star or No star option as well. This is becoz organizations like Bianca deserve it. After working like absolute labour they don't settle your final settlement. Had to chase the MD and HR for this. Worst culture ever. Even after separation they expect you to help them out but when it comes to settle dues they backout, stop answering calls.
