Great place to work. Lot of new things to learn. Colleagues and HR department always supportive. Learnt a lot of new excel formulas which helped me in skill development. HR team has always been cooperative

Dislikes

Few things which aren't serious in nature as we get to see it in every organisation like a little office politics or favouritism etc. But if your performance is good, it won't hamper you.

Honestly there is nothing to like in that company,

They don't respect anyones opinion they treat you like a labour or worker They dont even allow to celebrate birthdays forget about other celebrations and culture They are really not interested in sales they are only interested in making reports they spend whole day just to create a report and then again next time they will spend full day to amend 😂😂 also you are not allowed to create any report as per your understanding and to understand there excel report you need atleast a month or may be more than that😝 You will feel like you are in jail while working there as they give you only 5 min for refreshment break and 30min for lunch they will ask you to overtime they might call you in sundays. People work there avg for 11-12 hrs a day even after doing that putting all ur efforts no appreciation. Also you have to send report card every month and they will review and gives you mark out of 10 🤪 Please think thrice before joining...Read More

Get recognised & rewarded for real hard work. No office politics. The location is 2 min from Andheri station. The office is nice corporate look. They give loans and other benefits to staff after 2 years.

Dislikes

A little serious working environment. Will definitely not like if you are used to 1 hour coffee breaks.

If you want to learn new things, this place might be a good fit for you because if they hire you, they will assign entire department's tasks to You. You’ll have to complete all tasks on time. Trust me, you might even forget what time you’re supposed to leave! You’ll be overwhelmed with tasks, and if you need help, don't expect much support here. Instead of clear targets, you’ll be given fantasies.

PLB is Misleading: If the HR includes PLB (Performance Linked Bonus) in your CTC, do not count on it. In reality, you may never receive it. Job Insecurity: The company often makes decisions based on its own requirements and moods. You can be terminated without a valid reason, and the FNF (Full and Final) process is problematic, so serving a notice period isn’t advisable. Punctuality is Strict: Even being one minute late will result in a half-day deduction, which can feel unfair and overly strict. Late Hours: Expect to stay late regularly. It’s not because you’re behind on your work but due to last-minute tasks assigned or meetings set as late as 9 PM, sometimes just for casual discussions. Inefficient Systems: The entire organization relies heavily on Excel, with countless disorganized folders. A significant amount of your time will be wasted on reporting and file management. No Employee Engagement: There are no happy hours or celebrations for festivals, which impacts team morale. Unprofessional Management: Many managers are unprofessional, often using inappropriate language and engaging in corporate politics. It creates a toxic work environment. Advise to ambition box to please provide a Half star or No star option as well. This is becoz organizations like Bianca deserve it. After working like absolute labour they don't settle your final settlement. Had to chase the MD and HR for this. Worst culture ever. Even after separation they expect you to help them out but when it comes to settle dues they backout, stop answering calls.
