Great place to work. Lot of new things to learn. Colleagues and HR department always supportive. Learnt a lot of new excel formulas which helped me in skill development. HR team has always been cooperative

Dislikes

Few things which aren't serious in nature as we get to see it in every organisation like a little office politics or favouritism etc. But if your performance is good, it won't hamper you.

They don't respect anyones opinion they treat you like a labour or worker They dont even allow to celebrate birthdays forget about other celebrations and culture They are really not interested in sales they are only interested in making reports they spend whole day just to create a report and then again next time they will spend full day to amend 😂😂 also you are not allowed to create any report as per your understanding and to understand there excel report you need atleast a month or may be more than that😝 You will feel like you are in jail while working there as they give you only 5 min for refreshment break and 30min for lunch they will ask you to overtime they might call you in sundays. People work there avg for 11-12 hrs a day even after doing that putting all ur efforts no appreciation. If u getting interview calls for any position kindly take 2 day's leave for one round and they will wait u for 4 hours after selection also they will not provide any offer ghatiya company galti se mat Jaana No HR policy all Depends upon Director if u have lot's of time to waste u can surely visit and in the end u will get 🔔

Advise to ambition box to please provide a Half star or No star option as well. This is becoz organizations like Bianca deserve it. After working like absolute labour they don't settle your final settlement. Had to chase the MD and HR for this. Worst culture ever. Even after separation they expect you to help them out but when it comes to settle dues they backout, stop answering calls.
