The only thing I liked about this company that you get good knowledge and experience of politics here.

Dislikes

Management: Dictatorship overpowered the management and killed it. Salary: salary is never fixed here, you won’t get to know about your deductions. Appointment/joining letter: well!! What are we talking about!! You will never get these documents here. Leave policy: no leave policy here. Work 30 days a month or get ready for deductions. Job satisfaction: nill Job security: terminations are given here on WhatsApp group with humiliation. Working environment: Your confidence will suffocate here. Grievance reporting: Do not dare to report something, else your job will be in grave. Working profile: not fixed. Every next month you will get new job profile To work on, so it’s never fixed here. So, if you are planning to shift for this company, please don’t.
