There is a lot of politics. career growth is slow. Learning opportunities are available but inaccessible. Salary structure is bad. Same employees got salary access as compare to their work, designation.

Hsm,Bof and sms area is neat and clean but some areas are dirty & dust full just like Coco van and Blast furnace and others.
