We being in power sector region, had to be at project sites for a considerable period of my service in the organization for which family life suffered. There was no job rotation policy. However, working at project sites and involvement in the construction of large EPC projects enhanced my knowledge base & confidence level which have become my assets.

Work Details

From the beginning, I was posted at project sites responsible for time bound execution of the project, hence the job was very challenging. Project execution enhanced knowledge base, helped to develop leadership skills.

From the begins I am in erection and commissioning team and there after Construction Management.First steel plant modernization work and after that substation work. I enjoyed in my work till I retired from BHEL. It is a nice place to work and learn.
