The working environment in BHEL is really friendly and one can enhance many of their skills working here. This company is so vast and multi-functional that one can get hands on experience of all types of works here from all types of departments.

There is nothing to dislike in this company except it's decentralization which sometimes hamper the smooth flow of work.

All thing are good but in last 5 years wrost transfer policy has been introduced and some time it is felt that Management is not concerned about employees personal problems.

Site life is hell No work hour sometimes it 8 hrs sometimes it's 13 hrs. You may be asked to go home at 2 pm all of a sudden and come back for night shift. Sometimes alternative Sundays. All the work is contractors oriented on whom company has no control you'll be given a lot of responsibility without authority.
