there were work load and pressure only those employees who work hard in MOM, who dont want to work, they were very happy with the company for 3 to 4 months, after that company will say good bye to them. i dont like this kind of culture with new joinee, company ready to invest time and money in that kind of employees, but supervisor not ready to take pain of non performance and not ready to invest time with new joinee, that's why in some locations only vintage employees are performed and new joinees are not performed. if comapny will focus on this part of sales, definitely team will grow and if team will grow company will all grow YOY....Read More
