Internal Politics, No recognition for hardwork, No co ordination, Manager shouting in front of everyone with no reason. Work atmosphere very poor, Colleagues not having knowledge and maturity levels. Till FY 22 was excellent. old management was excellent. Now join this company is worst for work. Management has no clear vision. Also they are recruited wrong employee. They are selected as per their bised decision to selected their old employees who doesn't understand anything. Level is only just as SM but they are recruited as ZH.Not recommended to anyone. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
