Appraisal policy I don't like. They believe in hiring new bee's if their 10 years employee is resigned from his post they will not retain him. They can hire new person with extra salary.

Ever since the VP of the organisation has changed and DTC merger has happened pressure has become untolerable. It feels suffocated to work here. Employee centricity does not exist in the organisation.

Job is not secured here, huge sales pressure, no proper support from other alternative teams and backend operations. Appraisal was changed inbetween by new ZORM after apprisal was given by old ZORM whom we were reported last year and all manager were low rated and many managers resigned along with me because of this worst company policy. Not recommended to my friends and family.

Lots of political games, after a ZORM gives rating by seeing our best performance and he quits new ZORM alters the ratings given by him under whom we worked and reduce which made many managers to quit the organization and see for best place to work with. Huge attrition in this company. Carrer growth is not seen by many of my senior managers and they also quit after working for more than 6 years as no growth. No proper job training nor support given by alternative teams and backend operations also....Read More
