Being a core retail firm it still values work life balance & the most attractive part is about the supportive supervisor

Dislikes

Nothing to be disliked about it but I belief it should work little on the working hours of women employee.

It was great experience good teammates and professional environment on work floor.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow and appraisal is also less and there is no outing or any kind of fun.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
