Personally it was good to learn the New things. But there is no growth. We have to do buttering there to grow in airtel. Compny help us to grow but in ground level our senior never want. The manager have no sense to talk they behave very unprofessionally.

Airtel should think about the Ground level staff also. They are the base of the company. But threatened like a labor. Not even allow the leaves on medical emergency. Such a frivolous act in ground level in store with CRO'S. It was the worst part of experience. I don't knw frm where they are hiring flatterers managers..
