not taken covid -19 precautions as -No maintain social distance, not weared mask ,senitizer not availability , only rule available but not followed & no any serious about this.many cases found in this company yet no seriousness .

Not a good work place as - Torcher worker lable ,salary deduction, mngt. Talk to abused language, so many worker left due to this so overall not a good company for joining .

My company did not provided to any dress or apron of assembling person, No sefty shoes, No cap, No transport, No learning encouragement, No good food and cut the salary with out reason, No any educated seniors or supervisor and all seniors are speak any word very roodly and when the production low than through out from company.

Learnings are much more. Company organised training outside for employees. New CMD is much more looking for employees. Many more improvement has been done in last year which was in favor of employees.

Dislikes

New plant head starts irritating old employees only for filling up his team in the plant that's why staff starts leaving the plan.
