Had a challenging carrer.could sucessfully accomplish tasks in time. Added many new broadband and FTTH connections, to add up revenue for bsnl.

Dislikes

Very diifficult to extract work from DOT deputed to bsnl Non-executives who are union based workers,who are not willing to improve ,revive bsnl from huge losses even though each of them get more than Rs 60000/- salary per month.

Maintained all landline& broadband lines,added new landlines , broadband connections, added many new FTTH connections ,,controlled all Non-Executives working under me,and assigned job to them daily, maintained office all files,put thro all bills, put Up

Although BSNL had lost market share but not lost his reputation. There is availability of good young officers, through which I have made a good sales team and exceeded revenue targets.

Dislikes

There was no scope for facility like, out it turn promotion or financial incentives to deserving officers.

I am satisfied with my work life at BSNL. Organization has given me opportunities to develop my skills as manager. I have got exposure of various fields like General administration, HR and corporate sales.
