The work of pushing BSNL into the grave is done by ITS officers.They do not have any accountability as in Corporate where there is productivity based salary.They should not be provided any car facility which is fully misused by their family members.

Since it's a government PSU so job security was 100%. Working environment was perfect. Since, stake of the government is there, henceforth company major decisions is solely depends upon the government. Salary hike is as per the guidelines, so out of turn promotion one cannot think of
