Thank you for your feedback! Apparently it seems you have misconception about our 'Compensation & Benefits Structure' & also the 'Performance Linked Incentive (PLI.) Policy'. First of all, we have a open culture of transparency. Owing to which, we in fact take an undersigning from everyone who joins us, with regards to their respective salary & benefits, so that there is no scope of any misunderstanding. Also no one joins an organization, without confirming their respective pay-check. So we fail to understand, that how you are making such absurd claims. And if at all, your claim is true, that you have been duped with a wrong salary, then why you continued with the same? To be honest, you can check with all our employees across the organization, that we clarify about the 'CTC Structure' of our organization, right during the 'interview process' & there also we explain about the annual 'Performance Linked Incentive (PLI.)', which is a part of the Annual CTC, like many MNCs have. If you would go through that policy document, then you would realize, that the 'Performance Linked Incentive (PLI.)' depends upon 'Individual Performance' & 'Organization Performance'. And this is same for all MNCs, which have PLI policy in their system. Also the '150%' is the highest level of PLI. If at all an individual performs to that level, then they would certainly receive the same. In fact, it gives opportunity to a performing employee to earn extra. Unlike most other organizations of our cadre, we conduct 'Monthly Performance Review (MPR.)', instead of just conducting 'Annual Performance Review (APR.)' . Due to which all employees have equal opportunity to understand the performance of their work & question the same in case they have any concerns with regards to their 'Performance Rating Percentage' on a monthly basis. This kind of transparency is rare to see! Rather if an employee like you performs & takes away highest PLI, then an organization like us have hopes of making better business. So technically more you earn PLI, is directly proportional to more business the organization would earn. Have faith on the system & policies of the organization & perform well in your work. You would automatically get to see the result of your performance through your PLI. Hope this clarity would help. Also, if possible, learn to seek clarity before making judgement. That would help you to go long way in life!

Nothing is to like very bad culture HR is talking like I am not you GF or wife shame on this statement. They are running like showroom as they don't have experience in the mfg so hazardous environment.
HR is totally disappointment to the culture that they are assuming we are the boss of manufacturing but they didn't know the technical person perspective. WHole company is handled by hr so little bit behind the market.

PLI is worst policy to demoralize peoples. Nothing is calculated on actual work.peoples are deducting employee percentage to show cost saving to management. Even though they don't knows the actual performance of the employee.

As rightly stated by you, we have best in class policies, which are at par with the MNC organizations. In fact, our PLI relevant policy is also one such policy, which is quite people centric. In fact, it gives opportunity to a performing employee to earn extra. Unlike most other organizations of our cadre, we conduct 'Monthly Performance Review (MPR.)', instead of just conducting 'Annual Performance Review (APR.)' .
