While we value feedback, it’s important to address your statements in the context of your tenure with us which was way too less given your behavior and performance. Your departure was the result of repeated concerns regarding your performance, behavior, and the negative impact on team morale which is why we asked you to get separated with us. These issues were thoroughly reviewed, and the decision to part ways was made in the best interest of the organization and its employees.
