So much policies which enhances employee development.Not found in big MNC too.
PLI is worst policy to demoralize peoples. Nothing is calculated on actual work.peoples are deducting employee percentage to show cost saving to management. Even though they don't knows the actual performance of the employee.

Thank you for your feedback! Apparently it seems you have misconception about the 'Performance Linked Incentive (PLI.) Policy'. As rightly stated by you, we have best in class policies, which are at par with the MNC organizations. In fact, our PLI relevant policy is also one such policy, which is quite people centric. In fact, it gives opportunity to a performing employee to earn extra. Unlike most other organizations of our cadre, we conduct 'Monthly Performance Review (MPR.)', instead of just conducting 'Annual Performance Review (APR.)' . Due to which all employees have equal opportunity to understand the performance of their work & question the same in case they have any concerns with regards to their 'Performance Rating Percentage' on a monthly basis. This kind of transparency is rare to see! More over, if you do a little R&D on organization revenue collection, your misconception about 'Cost Saving' would go away. The kind of 'Financial Goals' our organization has, that's never going to get settled by saving upon your PLI. Rather if an employee like you performs & takes away highest PLI, then an organization like us have hopes of making better business. So technically more you earn PLI, is directly proportional to more business the organization would earn. Have faith on the system & policies of the organization & perform well in your work. You would automatically get to see the result of your performance through your PLI. Hope this clarity would help. Also if possible, learn to seek clarity before making judgement. That would help you to go long way in life!

Top management gets involved in plant head responsibilities. Managing team will be a big challenge. Team knows nothing will happen because they can convince to our director. So plant head became a statue in factory. Director always interact with down team which losses the plant head value.

PLI incentive scheme is like scam. Upto 150% will be given said in interview but actual nobody's getting even 80% of actual. CTC is like Mountain salary credited is like Hill.

If you would go through that policy document, then you would realize, that the 'Performance Linked Incentive (PLI.)' depends upon 'Individual Performance' & 'Organization Performance'. And this is same for all MNCs, which have PLI policy in their system. Also the '150%' is the highest level of PLI. If at all an individual performs to that level, then they would certainly receive the same. But expecting that without the needful highest performance, the highest PLI of 150% would be given to everyone across the organization, is basically a 'scam expectation' or rather irrational expectation. In fact, our PLI relevant policy is quite people centric. In fact, it gives opportunity to a performing employee to earn extra.
