The only good thing working there was perks and benefits in terms of incentives. Apart from that in terms of Job security also organization was good, only the people who were involved in any type of fraudulent activities were removed. A lot of people stayed there for as long as 15-20 years.

So if you are someone who has done management course by any chance please do not join this organization, otherwise you will be compelled to leave after 6-7 months. There is nothing like work life balance here, for an instance I was being being scolded in very derogatory words for not attending meeting from laptop, instead I joinedfrom mobile at 9 PM. There will be meeting everyday starting 8:30 PM to around 11:30 PM. This company inmates to look like mnc but in reality is just another micro finance company where rules and ethics are first thing thrown out of window .at first I thought the senior management doesn't know about this but it was crystal clear these were the work culture created by them only

I joined bfil as a cluster manager and overall it was a good experience. At the initial stage of my career I was given the opportunity to handle a team of professionals across different cities which really ignited the spark within me which I thought never existed in me. Most of the colleagues as well as the senior management are helpful and they treat you like family.

No organization is perfect there are always something shady about it. The one thing I didn't liked about my previous organization was the work culture and the long shifts of almost about 14-16 hrs which started early in the morning 7:30 to even 11pm or midnight as per the requirements of the day. The compensation was lucrative but as it is rightly said no other thing can compensate for the lost work life balance which gives stability to an individual's mental well being.
