I joined bfil as a cluster manager and overall it was a good experience. At the initial stage of my career I was given the opportunity to handle a team of professionals across different cities which really ignited the spark within me which I thought never existed in me. Most of the colleagues as well as the senior management are helpful and they treat you like family.

Dislikes

No organization is perfect there are always something shady about it. The one thing I didn't liked about my previous organization was the work culture and the long shifts of almost about 14-16 hrs which started early in the morning 7:30 to even 11pm or midnight as per the requirements of the day. The compensation was lucrative but as it is rightly said no other thing can compensate for the lost work life balance which gives stability to an individual's mental well being. Apart from this the senior management didn't cared about whether it is a weekend or a normal day as they used to schedule a vc even on a Sunday evening that too without any prior notice....Read More

Work life was exhausting, the pressure kept piling up by senior management, as well as the other departments regarding collection, business development, conducting interviews, voucher mismatches, or asset verification of the team.
