Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chill. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hoke and bonus every year.

Hi , I am Namrata Poddar ex-employee of BFIL CSR sanjeevani pashe seva kendra department. I glad to say that Work life balance is very good at BFIL, respect all the employees equally, career growth definitely is there , I shifted to Kolkata for that reason I resigned but if in Kolkata the company has any openings & any opercunetie I would like to join again happily.
