No work life balance you have to work 06:30am to 11:00 pm on daily basis. Managers put lots of pressure to the sales department. 0 work life balance they treat you as a slave because they just want manpower for sales and timely collection. For BCM role u have to work all the operations alone at branch level.

No work timing, even on 2nd & 4th Saturday you have to work from morning to night, even on Sunday’s, not inn every month but in JFM you have to definitely, no work life balance, office politics the vintage people try to dominate over the new joinee.

There is nothing to be liked, as a slave after working for 12-14 hrs hours you get your salary on time that's it. The company has made several policies but there is no strategy which is why attrition rate is increasing.

Dislikes

It should get the title of Worst Place to work rather than Great place to work. I believe the reason there is huge attrition in field staff and poor salary structure than other finance organisations which creates the real trouble for HR Endless Recruitment and Endless Attrition which continues as there is no one who could address the problems.
