Initial day of my joining seems that it’s is tough for me as it Is my first job. But over the time period I start learning it is so cheerful experience and senior has groomed med with like school every small mistake are observed and help to overcome this and over the time feel like that going be good in process. No work life balance you have to work 06:30am to 11:00 pm on daily basis. Managers put lots of pressure to the sales department. 0 work life balance they treat you as a slave because they just want manpower for sales and timely collection. For BCM role u have to work all the operations alone at branch level.
