Since last 1 year inam working here, Respect between each own is very high, even in my last 15 years of experience i am not seen this kind of Culture. No work life balance you have to work 06:30am to 11:00 pm on daily basis. Managers put lots of pressure to the sales department. 0 work life balance they treat you as a slave because they just want manpower for sales and timely collection. For BCM role u have to work all the operations alone at branch level.
