This company is running through Diploma & Apprentices only employes never work nor plan... It's not use no matter how hard you work they will recruit only ladies and no support for hardworkers for apprentices for next role promotions after you completed a term of work. In BDL Visakhapatnam HR is worst he only recruit ladies and favours ladies. Don't ever join it and regret it later even now Im regretting. Join BEL instead of BDL....Read More

Steady & peaceful life. Job Security Defence Industry, working with missiles & explosive components - a rare opportunity For enthusiastic persons, lot of scope to learn about electronics, defense systems and explosives. Very strong order book.

Very slow career growth & reservation for promotions. Less increments. Increments will never beat inflation. CTC 12LPA but take home including all allowances is around 55k per month. Increment per year is Rs. 1200 + DA of Rs.2000. Old fashioned work culture, no mobile phone or internet is allowed inside. Very difficult to bring even a small change in work procedure & culture.
