This is a worst company i have ever seen, they only paid u for ur Qualification. Worst HR policies. After knowing that I'm a pharma graduate they hire me for production department. And then they put me in bio process department. Where i was doing Virus culture, which was not even my suitable department. When i talk to HR regarding this problem they told me that, there was a subject microbiology in B-Pharma, so no problem. And they Will do anything with you from washing to anything. They won't value your qualifications. They will make you do work that you are not an expert at. My kind request to all pharma student don't get excited to get selected by BBIL. They will give u opportunity to do job here and search a desire job. This industry is not for pharma student. Dear fresher's , if you get job at BBIL then u should come and join this company and start finding another suitable job from next day. One of the worst company. They offer 7.51 Lakh package. But in 1.5 lakh is totally deduction. Raimaining 6 lakh, in that 6 lakh attendance bonus, gmp bonus etc deduction. Finally base compensation is 5.3 lakh . Means monthly salary around 42 -44 thousand. 😡😡. BLOODY Evil policy😡BBIL will never grow like MNC . Cheating with employees hard earned money.

It would be a good opportunity how work pressure shall maintain to based on production activity and e-QMS related activities And more over new production block are under construction it will be use for learning up on start up of the ground level activities

It's horrible situation for all employees the increment time period is too much longer even 3 years experience person get 1 increment only and promotion also too late , HR policies are not good mainly too much of cuttings in our package
