Young and euthistic human resources has led to the fast development of this University. People from different cultures have joined the university in different capacities. Campus is completely under the nature's shade. It's hilly terrian embarks healthy lifestyle of inhabitants. Being a part of this new paradigm is exciting....

Dislikes

Few people who discourage the hilly terian, they being from ill stated mind set. Hirarachy crisis is grave concern..

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
