I got to explore various aspects of skill set and everyone was very helpful and addressed all my queries as soon as possible

Dislikes

Though there were amazing projects provided, i would have loved to be able to work on bigger projects

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. This was my first internship. I thought corporate world would be very harsh, mean, full of workaholics and rude like displayed in movies. But, beyondriffs WAS DIFFERENT!! THE MANAGERS WERE SO COOL AND UNDERSTANDING!!!!! I LOVED MY TIME HERE. I wanted to gain professional exposure for this field which I received! It was amazing.

Dislikes

Maybe we could have had hybrid mode for working too. I would have loved gaining professional exposure physically as well, rather than only online!
