I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. This was my first internship. I thought corporate world would be very harsh, mean, full of workaholics and rude like displayed in movies. But, beyondriffs WAS DIFFERENT!! THE MANAGERS WERE SO COOL AND UNDERSTANDING!!!!! I LOVED MY TIME HERE. I wanted to gain professional exposure for this field which I received! It was amazing.
