This was my first internship. I thought corporate world would be very harsh, mean, full of workaholics and rude like displayed in movies. But, beyondriffs WAS DIFFERENT!! THE MANAGERS WERE SO COOL AND UNDERSTANDING!!!!! I LOVED MY TIME HERE. I wanted to gain professional exposure for this field which I received! It was amazing.

Maybe we could have had hybrid mode for working too. I would have loved gaining professional exposure physically as well, rather than only online!

Beyondriffs is the platform from where I gain practical knowledge about HR field. It helped me a lot to shape my opinions and perception towards the challenging work . I personally enjoyed my tenure here because my superiors was very supportive and very friendly with the help of them I enhanced my interpersonal skills and my technical skills.
