The company is based out of Dhaka and is among the top 3 pharmaceutical companies of Bangladesh. I worked as an expatriate in Sales & Marketing for 5 years, taking up separate assignments on a year on year basis.
Lot of scope for experimentation exists and Managers are encouraged to do so.
Please note that expatriates (specially from India) are considered as capability multipliers and not as an asset.After the work permit expires which could either be for a period of 3 years or maximum 5 years, the company may not renew the contract.
