No patience Things to be done immediately without going in issue. Despite off (Saturday and office time) : they can ask for work and you have to do and respond immediately. High Ego they always carry in there mind Salary on 9-10th of every month No work life balance Only 6 listed holiday in a year Asking leave like asked for Kidney. Working for them means you are bonded labour and they have full rights to treat you as per there wish. No health insurance if so, just to fool you.
