There is no culture as such. Employees do not have PF, Gratuity, and Medical Insurance. Salaries are paid properly. What they tell you during recruitment and what they expect in return for their promises is irrelevant. Neither a goal nor any action is taken towards their vision and mission. Management don't know the ground realities. Management never listens to people, they don't even want.to meet the People except leadership team.
