The good thing is that unlike most of the other companies, Bent Chair didn't lay off its employees. They took a tough decision to put 70% of its workforce in unpaid leave. Hence our jobs were secured even though we were on unpaid leave. The negative point is that they are paying half of the salary to the ones who are working.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There's lack of work-life balance. Internal politics shouldn't be present in startups which we can see in Bent Chair. Growth becomes stagnant.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
