Good vibes as you are surrounded with students

Dislikes

Too much politics and no ethics. If you are good at it, go for it but if you are not able to get into it, you will get trapped and see no progress to your hard work. Someone works hard and someone rejoice only on the basis of politics which exists everywhere but here it's beyond one can think of. HR is not all co-operative. Very chaotic management.

Work culture is not at all good. Senior officials / management don't even ask to find out what was truth . What is true actually in any matter.They just believe in the what your reporting boss is telling. That's really bad . Atleast ask the person who is taking care of that.

Security guards in Bennett should also be provided with food but they are not allowed to buy tea from the well, they have to spend 12-24 hours giving us alerts, they are not providing rest room, they are not providing any leave or anything. He is at the forefront of everyone in a dangerous situation, yet he doesn't appreciate it and no one provides medical care to him.

If you are not ambitious, than this is a good place to work

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and a very poor work culture. Managers treat their employees like slaves. If you are hired w/o any recommendation, you have no scope to progress. As a result, hard-working people get exploited and frustrated. Leaders follow the principle "more you see, the more you work," and it also depends on whom they want to show. Someone does the groundwork and someone else enjoys the harvest. There is no transparency in the policies.
