F & B Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations of the University. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, implementing innovative menus, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets for food and beverage departments.
• Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor inventory and procure supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create seasonal menus.
• Ensure adherence to quality control and sanitation standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven financial acumen and problem-solving abilities.
