Colleagues are helpful. Hiring managers are good. Facilities are good. Average salary hike.

Bureaucratuc structure. Huge work pressure. No skill enhancement program for vernaculars. Induction programme is futile because nobody seems to be interested in knowing the mission and vision of the organisation.

Very bad experience. Mr. Amal Sarkar Bureau Chief is not giving any space to work. Always want favour from me. But I want to work. Not to favour anyone. Always work hard. But he distort my work. Suppress all my special stories. With those ideas he helped other reporters to make story. Published them with their biline.

Appraisal and promotion is not based on performance. Its always like “my promotion is due”. Your salary, benefits, work profile, objective and related things purely depends on company owner and their thought process. The company has a policy to harrass the employees, if you make smallest mistake the VP forces you to give a treat to the whole floor, it was such a situation where now whoever brought samosas to office everyone came to finance department to ask who made mistakes. It is humiliating to work here
