the whole company works like a close-knit family. If you ever need any help from dept like HR or Admin, someone will always be there in person to assist you. not like a bot or a standard reply message in many companies.

Monotonous work, no internal job rotation, Adhere to old and inhouse SAP technology does not allow to rise. Promotions and rise are rare, only few designation changes to some extent.

Offsite every year to Goa/Chowki Dhani 5 day stay to Club Mahindra anywhere PAN india. Guest house in almost major City. Definitely loved every bit of it.
