Very Objective oriented and formatted way of working. Distribution of work is well defined. Clear boundaries between roles and responsibilities. Supportive/ Team Players.

The appraisal cycle is very traditional and works in its own pace. The hierarchy is flat and requires ample amount of time for upgrades.

this organization is highly over rated with very poor senior management. Work satisfaction is bad. Only the brand name is big inside it's very poor management, with practically zero growth.

1. Priority given on position/designation either they have knowledge or not. 2. New colleagues are ignoring old. 3, Behaviours are very bad of current Manager, 4. Demand not fullfil. Life was spoiled before my retirement.

Appraisal and promotion is not based on performance. Its always like “my promotion is due”. Your salary, benefits, work profile, objective and related things purely depends on company owner and their thought process. If you are contributing more than the expected, beyond your capabilities, thn also you will not get anything because company don’t believe in retaining people but hiring people at higher salary thn yours....Read More

Practically nothing, only if something has to be written are the million parties that the company throws which hardly matters

The company has a policy to harrass the employees, if you make smallest mistake the VP forces you to give a treat to the whole floor, it was such a situation where now whoever brought samosas to office everyone came to finance department to ask who made mistakes. It is humiliating to work here
