Earlier it was value driven and corporate culture company but now a days it is terrible for employees

Dislikes

Employee is at the mercy of manager and he/she uses employees as per his/her wish and though policy is there but no HR intervention is effective. Employees are sacked/ transferred, salary cut happens arbitrarily, employees are pushed at the corner by his boss who humiliates, etc.
