Annual appraisal is poor both in terms of promotion in your work profile and salary. This case is almost similar for publishing companies like Techbooks. No equal recognition for being in a team in terms of promotions or payroll. No career guidelines or guidance to be hopeful if you stay for long. No meetings to encourage employees and guide them.
