I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing to learn, office politics, nominal use of photoshop, Illustrator and indesign for graphic designers. Kind of similar review from other departments. Time tracking software usage for employees who with strict phone usage policies at indoors. If you get 30 sec of call though you need to leave desk for such minor Scenario which affects time usage on pc.
