Micromanagement Very strict office timings Even manager level will sit and do clerical work Instead of hiring managers, they can hire as consultants with lesser salary and get the work done , u don’t have to use ur brains, there is a set process just follow that No growth, once u join don’t expect promotion for atleast 6-7yrs, even if u get u will be doing the same job

Appraisal and promotion is not based on performance. Its always like “my promotion is due”. Your salary, benefits, work profile, objective and related things purely depends on company owner and their thought process. The company has a policy to harrass the employees, if you make smallest mistake the VP forces you to give a treat to the whole floor, it was such a situation where now whoever brought samosas to office everyone came to finance department to ask who made mistakes. It is humiliating to work here
